The Detox Dominatrix™
She raises her voice so you can raise your standards.
Your pantry has been living a double life. Your bathroom cabinet has questions to answer. And your coffee creamer has requested legal representation.
It's time for a full-body-and-home investigation.
The Detox Dominatrix Audit is a virtual, 73-point interrogation of the everyday things you eat, use, buy, and rely on — conducted by a private chef and holistic nutrition nerd who has spent twenty years opening other people's fridges and waiting to ask them some very personal questions.
Put My Pantry Under Investigation — $222For the woman who can handle the truth — and wants her receipts with a side of sass.
It Started With a Coffee Creamer
For twenty years, I've been opening other people's fridges.
Private-chef rule number one: the fridge does not lie. The fridge confesses.
And I cannot tell you how many times I've opened one, all smiles, and found it sitting there. The coffee creamer. Front and center. Like it pays rent.
I'd pick it up. Turn it around. I already knew exactly what that label said.
I'd still need a MINUTE.
"HUMANS!! Have we read this paragraph? Have we discussed this paragraph? Are we just putting paragraphs in our bodies now?!"
Smart people. Successful people. People with personal trainers and strong opinions about wine. Standing in their own beautiful kitchens, shrugging: "But I like vanilla hazelnut."
OH NOOOO. We're dealing with one of those situations.
Here's the part that really sent me.
It wasn't that they loved their creamer.
It was that nobody had ever interrogated the creamer.
No background check. No references. No questions about its intentions.
Just moved the bastard straight into the refrigerator and gave it unrestricted access to the morning ritual.
WE HAVE PROCEDURES, PEOPLE.
And once you see one unexamined choice, you start seeing all of them. In the pantry. In the bathroom cabinet. Under the sink. In the routines nobody's questioned since 2014.
That's not nosiness, baby. That's a calling.
"She doesn't yell because she hates you. She yells because she cares."™
Your Body Is Not a Marketing Demographic.
It's yours.
And if someone wants to sell you something to put in it, on it, or around it, asking a few questions is a perfectly reasonable form of insubordination.
Now, let's be clear. If you're still reading, you are probably not the creamer situation.
You've made the swaps. You read labels — some of them. You bought the good shampoo, the fancy water filter, the organic produce, and the wellness influencer's favorite whatever.
Some of it was money well spent. Some of it… deserves a second look.
Because look who's been giving you orders:
- The food manufacturer tells you what's delicious.
- The marketing department tells you what's healthy.
- The influencer tells you what's trending.
- The algorithm tells you what to fear.
- The wellness industry tells you what to buy to fix it.
And somewhere in that cacophony, a perfectly intelligent woman is standing in the grocery aisle wondering whether she needs a PhD to buy a box of crackers.
Here's the thing. The enemy isn't every ingredient you can't pronounce. The enemy is unexamined claims, distorted incentives, misinformation — and the quiet surrender of your own perspicacity.
You can genuinely care about your health and still have no idea how much of your definition of healthy was written by someone with a quarterly sales target.
Wouldn't you like to find out who's actually running this show?
The 3 Inquiries Behind the 73
Behind the 73 carefully selected, brilliantly arranged questions sits an underlying probing poll, built on three principles.
Q1: Are you aware?
Do you know what's in the things you eat, drink, put on your body, spray around your house, and call healthy?
Q2: Are you choosing?
Or are you running on autopilot — inheriting habits, trusting packaging, and letting convenience make decisions you think you're making?
Q3: WHY ARE YOU CHOOSING THAT?!
Asked while holding a bottle of vanilla hazelnut creamer like a hostile witness.
The Audit is where we find out.
Now, Submit.
To the investigation. Not the industry.
Your ingredient lists, Susan. Your ingredient lists.
What kind of operation do you think I'm running here?
I'm the Detox Dominatrix.
Part chef. Part holistic nutrition detective. Part woman who has absolutely lost patience with wellness marketing's creative-writing department.
You've been taking orders from packaging, influencers, and suspiciously enthusiastic product claims for long enough. I'm not here to become one more voice barking commands at you. (Mostly.)
I don't want your obedience. I want your discernment.
I'm not here to tell you what kind of human to be. I'm here to help you look closely enough to decide for yourself — about the brands, the influencers, the headlines, and yes, about me.
I may be dressed like an authority figure. My whole job is getting you to stop outsourcing yours.
I don't dominate the woman. I dominate the investigation.
I inspect. I expose. I lovingly roast. You upgrade.
What's Under Investigation
Your fridge is just the opening statement.
This is a whole-life investigation — 73 questions deep into how you actually live, not just what's in your pantry. Some of what I look at has a label. A lot of it doesn't. Your sleep doesn't come with an ingredient list. Neither does your breathwork, your 3 PM crash, or your 11 PM scroll.
I look at all of it. I question the claims, separate meaningful concerns from noise, and help you figure out what deserves your attention first.
And no — I don't count ingredients and call it a verdict. A long list isn't automatically guilty, and a short one isn't automatically innocent. I look at what's in it, how much, how often you use it, and what the evidence actually says.
Take the protein bar. Some are honest, hard-working snacks. Some are candy bars wearing a gym membership. Those — and the naughty companies selling them as power food — deserve a spanking. (The bar. Not you. Never you.)
Either way, everyone gets a fair hearing. You have the right to remain delicious.
Everything you put in, on, and around your body is a person of interest:
- Food staples and pantry products
- Fridge and freezer habits
- Ingredient labels and food claims
- Cooking oils, packaged foods, snacks, drinks, and "healthy" swaps
- Supplements and wellness products
- Cookware and food storage
- Water and filtration
- Personal care products
- Cleaning supplies and laundry products
- Home fragrance and candles
- Product claims, greenwashing, and marketing language worth questioning
And the life around all of it is evidence too: how you eat, sleep, move, breathe, and digest; your cycle, energy, and inner weather; and how supported you actually are at home.
Your Safe Word Is Discernment.
Listen. I'm not confiscating your chocolate.
I'm not diagnosing your hormones through a bottle of shampoo.
I'm not telling you everything you own is poisoning you, and I'm not prescribing a 47-step protocol with six new supplements, three obscure powders, and a second mortgage.
And I am certainly not demanding you replace every household product with something hand-churned by ethically compensated woodland fairies.
Pleasure matters. Convenience matters. Your budget matters.
But let's not confuse I like it with I've examined whether it's a good choice for me.
I'm not here to ban your favorites. I'm here to make sure you choose them with your eyes open — not because of a story a marketing department wrote for you.
This is an investigation, not a purity contest.
Your safe word is discernment.
The Detox Dominatrix Actually Cares About You. Do You?
Sit with that for a second. Not as a verdict — as a question.
I care enough to ask the uncomfortable questions. Not because I think you don't care. Because I know you do.
And sometimes caring about your health and knowing how to care for it are two very different things.
I bring the expertise, the structure, the curiosity, the humor, and a frankly unreasonable level of attention to detail. But I can't do the choosing for you. I can't care instead of you.
You bring the willingness to look.
That's the partnership. Participation is what turns information into transformation.
Before → After
Before: You read labels. You buy the cleaner version. You've saved approximately four hundred wellness posts. And you're still not sure which claims deserve your trust — or which of your "healthy" choices are just very good marketing. You have zero desire to spend your weekends researching the ingredients in your granola, face wash, protein powder, and laundry detergent.
After: You know which concerns deserve priority, which claims lack convincing evidence, and where you can redirect your attention. You have a short, personalized action plan — not another overwhelming list of things you supposedly should be doing.
And you move differently.
You're the woman who turns the bottle around in the store. Calmly. Out of habit, not fear. No Dominatrix behind you with a wooden spoon — just your own voice: Hang on. One beat. Then you decide whether it's worthy of you.
You stopped renting out your judgment to green leaves, buzzwords, and whichever new IG brand baddie is having a sale this week.
You don't panic. You don't perform purity. You choose — on purpose, eyes open, standards up.
And you walk around engorged with the one thing no marketing department can sell you: your own examined judgment.
This Is For You If…
- Something feels a little off — your energy, your digestion, your sleep, that one annoying thing that's just there — and you can't put your finger on what's feeding it
- You're already trying to be healthy and secretly wondering which of your products are betraying you
- You want someone educated and honest to look at your actual food, home, and habits
- You love tough love when it comes with real solutions
- You're ready to stop falling for greenwashed labels
- You want clarity without becoming a full-blown wellness conspiracy theorist
- You need accountability, not another saved Instagram post
- You can handle being lovingly called out
Written with women in mind. Open to any human with a fridge and the nerve to let me look inside it.
This Is Not For You If…
- You want someone to tell you everything you're doing is perfect
- You're emotionally attached to your candle collection and would like it left out of this
- You want vague wellness vibes instead of actual recommendations
- You prefer denial as a lifestyle
- You want hand-holding without accountability
- You already know the trade-offs and genuinely don't care — that's your prerogative
Consent Is Sexy. So Is Reading the Fine Print.
You give me permission to examine your choices. I give you the information to make better-informed ones.
Nobody gets shamed. The marketing claims, however, are not guaranteed the same courtesy.
The terms, in plain English:
- You invite me in. I don't open anyone's fridge uninvited. (Anymore.)
- You know what's on the table. Before you start, you'll see exactly what the Audit covers and what's outside its scope — and you choose how direct you want me: Gentle, Firm, or Full Dominatrix.
- Boundaries are real. We question choices. We don't shame bodies, diagnose illness, or assign moral worth to food.
- Aftercare is built in. Your Dom's Debrief turns everything we uncovered into a calm, practical plan.
- The authority goes back to you. You decide what to change, what to keep, and what to happily ignore.
A tender note before you book. If you're in recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating, pregnant or breastfeeding, or in active treatment for a medical condition, please email me before you buy. Label scrutiny and tough love aren't always the right medicine, and I'd rather tell you that honestly than take your $222. If it's a fit, we'll shape the scope together — and your care team's guidance always outranks mine.
Consent to the Audit. Not to the bullshit.
